Before placing an order, please carefully read the terms of service. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me via Twitter (x.com/cakeyuun).Once you have read and accepted the terms of service, you also agree to the following:⟢ I may use your commissioned artwork as part of my portfolio and publish it on my social media as an example of my work for future commissions. It may also be used as a reference for future orders.
⟢ Just so you know, I’m currently a student. If I don’t reply immediately, it’s most likely because I’m busy with my studies. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding in that regard.

✦ REVISIONS .ᐟ
For emotes: There will be at least 2 revisions (sketch and lineart). Any additional revision beyond the maximum will incur an extra cost. ($5 usd)For pngtubers and illustrations: There will be at least 3 revisions (sketch, lineart and full render). Any additional revision beyond the maximum will incur an extra cost. ($10 usd)For vtubers model: There will be at least 4 revisions (sketch, lineart. flat color and full render). Any additional revision beyond the maximum will incur an extra cost. ($20 usd)⟢ IMPORTANT: If unavailable for the revision period (2 days from the presentation of the sketch), it cannot be recovered. Additionally, the next revision will be used if available. If the client does not respond within this time frame, the work will proceed based on the last approved version. Major changes that alter the general concept or design of the character are not allowed once the lineart is approved, so it is important to be certain about your order and clear up any doubts in advance.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY .ᐟ
In general, each order will be delivered in .PNG format to preserve the desired resolution (but not the original file) before the deadline. However, please note that the delivery time may be extended with each adjustment made during the revision process.✦ USE .ᐟ
⟢ Prohibitions: The client may not claim the artwork as their own, sell it in any form, or use it in any way that goes against the agreed terms.
⟢ Distribution and Credits: If the artwork is published, the client must credit the artist— a simple mention is sufficient. Cakeyuun (Keyun) will use the commissioned artwork as part of her portfolio and will publish it on her social media platforms.✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS .ᐟ
The artwork remains the intellectual property of Cakeyuun, who is licensing its use under specific terms. (Terms of Use)✦ REFUNDS .ᐟ
If for any reason the commission is not completed within the agreed time frame or at all (studies, personal issues, lack of time, etc.), a full refund will be issued. If the client decides to cancel the commission either at the start of the order or during the production process, no refund will be given.✦ CONFIDENTIALITY .ᐟ
If you are working on projects that require confidentiality, this must be specified at the beginning. It will be kept confidential for the necessary duration, and an additional 25% of the total commission amount will be charged.✦ COMMUNICATION .ᐟ
